Prioritize

Not everything is important… right now.

The brain can only learn so much at once, so overloading it won’t get you any closer to your goals! It can be helpful to create a plan (or follow one created for you) so that you don’t give into the temptation to do too much at once or things that don’t build appropriately.

For example, do you really need to learn how to say every nationality? Probably not. That takes a lot of energy and brain space, where you will most likely only use your own and that of your target language/country to start. Of course later you can add in the rest, but focus on the things that will most serve you at each phase of your learning journey.
